Access to Justice Celebrates Ribbon Cutting for New Sebastian Self Help Kiosk Location

VERO BEACH, May 18, 2026 — Access to Justice, in partnership with the North County Annex in Sebastian and the City of Sebastian, celebrated the ribbon cutting of its newest Self Help Center and legal kiosk location, expanding access to critical legal resources for residents in North Indian River County.
The new Sebastian site strengthens the network of Access to Justice services across the county, making it easier for individuals to receive guidance, complete court forms, and connect with legal support close to home. Since opening in 2023, Access to Justice has assisted more than 5,500 clients across Indian River County.
Operated in collaboration with the Clerk of the Court and Comptroller of Indian River County, the Self Help Centers provide free supportive services to self-represented litigants in areas including family law, residential evictions, and small claims.
The Sebastian Self Help Center offers in-person assistance every Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM. In addition, a fully accessible legal kiosk is available Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM whenever the location is open to the public.
The legal kiosk system is designed to help residents navigate the court process with confidence. Through the secure and easy-to-use interface, users can:
  • Find, complete, and submit court-approved forms
  • Receive forms review assistance from Self Help Center staff
  • Schedule and attend low-cost attorney consultations via Zoom
  • Print, scan, and copy documents
  • Access email and other online tools
  • Attend hearing and required court appearances remotely
Legal kiosks are not a substitute for legal representation. Staff do not provide legal advice, but instead offer general procedural guidance and assistance with court forms.
In addition to the Sebastian location, Access to Justice Self Help Centers and kiosks are available throughout Indian River County, including the main location at the courthouse, and kiosk locations at the UP Center in Vero Beach and Fellsmere City Hall, ensuring broader access to services for residents across the region.
Legal kiosks are available to all members of the public. For more information, visit A2Jirc.org or call (772) 226-3162. ¡Hablamos Español!
