As the holiday season draws closer, many families across the Treasure Coast are facing difficult decisions about how to put food on the table. With 1 in 4 neighbors in our community experiencing food insecurity, the need for support is real.
That's why our Neighbors Helping Neighbors campaign is so important. By coming together to collect shelf-stable food and other essential items, we can help make sure our neighbors have access to the food they need, especially during the holiday season.
Throughout the month of November, we're encouraging neighbors across our community to make a donation and help us stock the shelves ahead of Thanksgiving.
You can bring your donations to a drop-off site listed on StopHunger.org/givefood, or to Treasure Coast Food Bank directly:
401 Loop Road
Fort Pierce, FL 34947
You can make an even bigger impact by donating a frozen turkey to help us reach our goal of 500 turkeys by Friday, November 20. Simply bring a frozen turkey to our warehouse to help us reach our goal!
Treasure Coast Food Bank is excited to attend this year's Riverland Fall Festival & Chili Cook-Off on Saturday, November 7, from 12:00 to 5:00 p.m. at the Riverland Arts & Culture Center in Port St. Lucie! Stop by to say hello to our team and drop off shelf-stable food donations.
Bring Your Community Together
One of the most powerful ways to support our neighbors is by bringing our community together. Whether it's your workplace, neighborhood, place of worship, or community organization, hosting a food drive is a simple way to turn collective generosity into meaningful support.
