TREASURE COAST COMMUNITY HEALTH-SEBASTIAN | 3.5.2026 PRESS RELEASE

Patient Experience Remains Top Priority at TCCH

Indian River County, FL — March 5, 2026 — Over the past three years, Treasure Coast Community Health (TCCH) has invested significant resources to meet the growing healthcare needs of Indian River County (IRC) and enhance the patient experience.

This investment includes the addition of two new health centers, owned by TCCH. The “West” center, located at 8505 20th Street, opened in September 2025. This 18,000 sq ft facility is a comprehensive primary and specialty health center that serves the western portion of IRC. A 20,000     sq ft state-of-the-art pediatric center is under construction adjacent to our existing Oslo Health Center, 1545 9th Street SW. The facility will open this fall, offering comprehensive primary and specialty healthcare dedicated to children. Together, these new centers will enable TCCH to provide care to an additional 15,000 people, or nearly one-third of the IRC population.

The Oslo project also includes the renovation of our existing health center to serve more adults and enables TCCH to house administrative offices on site rather than leasing space away from our health centers.

TCCH made the thoughtful, mission-driven decision to focus operations into the sites we own: Fellsmere, Oslo, and West Health Centers, and Vero Dental, while closing our Central (January 2025) and Sebastian Health Centers (June 2026). Doing this allows us to better manage the patient experience across all service lines and locations.

Over the next three months, Sebastian family practice and behavioral health providers and teams will be transferred to our Fellsmere and West locations. We will reach out individually to Sebastian patients to assure them that, despite the change in location, the accessibility and quality of their healthcare will remain unchanged. Patients will have the same providers and care teams and there will be no disruption of insurance acceptance or in patient records. This group of patients will also have additional access to dental and on-site pharmacy services in the Fellsmere and West Health Centers.

TCCH, founded in Fellsmere in 1993, currently serves over 35,000 people along the Treasure Coast – one in five people living in Indian River County.
