Sponsorship Opportunities

The 12^th Annual Shrimpfest of Sebastian 2027, an annual 2-day celebration will be held in the historic fishing village of Sebastian, Florida at Riverview Park, March 20^st and 21^nd 2027. This community event will feature delicious shrimp dishes prepared by the local food trucks and the Rotary Club of Sebastian. Enjoy live music, beer, a classic car show, children's activities, local arts and crafts plus more fun.

This weekend-long festival will raise funds to support youth sports organizations and clubs throughout North Indian River County. In the past ten years of this event, more than $362,500 has been distributed. It could not be done without the business community’s support.

Shrimpfest is made possible only through the dedication and hard work of our volunteers and sponsors and is brought to you through a unique partnership between The Rotary Club of Sebastian Recreational Foundation and the City of Sebastian. We hope you will consider joining us in support of this beneficial community event.

Included with this letter is our sponsor’s packet. It details every level of sponsorship available, as well as the unique benefits you will receive in appreciation of your support for this exciting fundraiser. Sponsors will be listed on our webpage for 2 years.

To receive all the benefits of your sponsorship, we need your application and payment no later than February 19^th 2027. After that date, no T-Shirt logo or Print ads.

Shrimpfest 2027 is a unique collaboration between the Rotary Club of Sebastian Recreational foundation and the City of Sebastian. This year the event will be held March 20^st and 21^nd 2027 at Riverview Park and will serve as a fundraiser for youth sports organizations and clubs located throughout North Indian River County. We hope you will help make this another successful event and sponsor this exciting community fundraiser! We would be honored to include your business as an event sponsor. We have several sponsorship levels available. If your level of sponsorship has a free vendor booth at the event, and you want to use it, please send the vendor booth application and required insurance COI.

SHRIMP SPONSOR $100 donation - Recognition in the event program and on our sponsors, banner displayed at the event along with admission for 1 guest to the VIP Event. The second guest would be a $20 donation at the door.

MEDIUM SHRIMP SPONSOR $300 Donation - Same as Shrimp Sponsor plus your company banner placed on the fence during the event along with admission for 2 guests to the VIP Event.

LARGE SHRIMP SPONSOR $500 Donation - Same as Medium Sponsor plus your sponsor’s name listed on the website advertising ( for 2 years) along with admission for 2 guests to the VIP Event & 2 complimentary 2027 Shrimpfest t-shirts.

JUMBO SHRIMP SPONSOR $2,500 Donation – Same as the Extra-Large Sponsor plus your banner will be displayed at the VIP Event. Your sponsor’s name will be featured on our website & in all print and newspaper advertising. In addition, your name will be mentioned in all radio & newspaper interviews. COLOSSAL SHRIMP SPONSOR ** $5,000 Donation – Same as the Jumbo Sponsor plus sponsor name or logo printed on the 2027 River Days t-shirts, your name in all advertising & interviews, you will receive admission for 6 guests to the VIP Event & 8 complimentary 2026 Shrimpfest t-shirts. **Colossal Sponsor payment must be received before 2/19/2027 to include printed name on shirts. The completed Sponsor Agreement, payment and artwork (if applicable) must be received no later than February 19th 2027. See chart for other dates. All banners must be provided 1 week prior to the event. Banners must not exceed 20 square feet.
