This practical webinar explains how small improvements in pricing, margins, costs, customer value, sales, and marketing can compound into meaningful gains in cash flow and profitability. You will also learn how to avoid common pricing mistakes, understand the real cost of discounting, and identify several profit opportunities you can begin evaluating immediately.

You will learn:

1. Differentiate between markup and gross profit margin and calculate a selling price that produces the intended margin.
2. Calculate the effect of a discount on profitability, including the additional sales volume needed to recover the lost profit.
3. Explain how incremental improvements compound across multiple business performance areas.
4. Identify at least three potential profit opportunities involving pricing, costs, customer value, sales, marketing, or existing customers.
5. Evaluate whether a price increase, value-added offer, bundle, upsell, or cross-sell could improve profitability in their business.
6. Create a basic 30-day Profit Acceleration action plan centered on one financial improvement and one sales or customer-value improvement.
