UPCOMING EVENTS:
The Artfest is happening this weekend. We've partnered with HALO NO KILL SHELTER to help them raise money for all the work they do. Look for the Pareidolia beer trailer and grab a brew while perusing the art.  Every pint goes to a good cause!

 
BEER SCHOOL
DID YOU KNOW?
We use between 300-500lbs of grain (barley, wheat, oats) on average for every batch of beer we brew. We don't use corn solids or rice syrup at all. Those big beer factories use grain too but between 20-40% of what they use for ingredients is in the form of corn or rice syrups or solids. Why do they use those? Simple, it costs them less. Does it make better beer? In our opinion, absolutely not. Real ingredients = real craft beer.
