🏌🏼LOOKING FOR VOLUNTEERS FOR CHARITY GOLF EVENT IN JULY
WANNA HELP RAISE MONEY FOR A LOCAL CHARITY AND FUN DOING IT?
We're looking for 6-8 people willing to help us put together our annual Charity Golf Scramble. This year it will be held at the Sebastian Municipal Golf Course on July 25th. Here's a list of some of the duties you'd be assisting with:
🍺Collecting donations from local area businesses to be awarded as prizes. 🍺Creating gift baskets for raffle drawings and filling swag bags 🍺On the day of the event, set up tables and a tent, check golfers in, put swag bags in carts, run a challenge hole out on the course, place sponsor signs on the course, sell raffle tickets, help write the raffle winners names on a board for post-round display and assist with the awards ceremony in the Pelican Diner after the game.

We meet about 3-4 times at Pareidolia Brewing Co. to discuss plans and keep tabs on progress leading up to the event. These meetings are brief and we provide FREE BEER or drink of your choice during the meeting.
To date we've raised over $30k for local charities which has gone to helping many local kids in need. We'd love to continue this worthwhile endeavor, but we need help to pull it off. We will be having out first meeting on March 22nd at 1pm. This year's charity will be decided and initial plans will be put in place.
