Kevin Bausman, her former minister in Franklin, PA. He notified the Northeast Florida Presbytery. 11.83 Bill Lee & Paul Leap from the presbytery visit with Betty Siefer & Gloria Fennell in response to their letter naming 37 Presbyterian families living in the Sebastian area. 3.9.85 Presbytery meets with local group; ‘Task Force’ established to begin new congregation in Sebastian/Barefoot Bay area: Rev. Russ Burns-Ch., Ted Sydleman-Ass’t. Ch., Martha Dismukes, Jim Duffy, Gloria Fennell-Sec’y, Betty Gerot, Fran Heathcote, Gene Knott, Betty Siefer. 6.4.85 Presbytery approves Sebastian as new church development; 5.7 acre lot purchased on Louisiana Ave. for $150,000 12.12.85 The Rev.
