Join us at the Environmental Learning Center  and learn practical strategies for reducing food waste and getting the most from every ingredient. In this demonstration-style program, Chef Stacy Maple will share techniques for repurposing leftovers, using often-discarded parts of plants and proteins, and creating flavorful meals while minimizing waste. Light tastings are included.
