DID YOU KNOW? Since opening our doors in 2014, Pareidolia has brewed over 800 batches of beer! We brew between 12,000-15,000 gallons annually. That's a lot of beer for a little brewery that wasn't expected to survive their 1st year because many thought it was a crazy idea to open such a small craft brewery in Sebastian. Face it, beer is good!
