POST HURRICANE MILTON RESOURCES & SUPPORT

Indian River County Administration and Emergency Operations Center staff met with representatives from the FDEM and FEMA. Representatives will be in the community assessing needs, following up on requests already submitted, and helping citizens apply for individual assistance.

 

The FEMA logo will always be visible on a FEMA officials shirt or jacket and will have a FEMA identification badge. Do not share personal information with anyone that cannot show you their credentials.

Post-Hurricane Milton Debris Information

Effective October 14th, 2024 through January 17, 2025 the Indian River County / City of Vero Beach Building Division will not require permits for the repairs listed in the link below. ** This exemption will only apply to damage as the result of Hurricane and only applies to One and Two-Family Dwellings.
