Gus & Khristine Brugger have lived in Indian River/ South Brevard County area for a combined total of close to 60 years. Captain Gus as he was once known spent 23 years guiding primarily out of town visitors on fishing excursions on the Indian River Lagoon and Sebastian Inlet. The contacts he made over those years give him a vast data base and working knowledge of the people who visit and eventually move to the Sebastian Area. This insight has allowed him to have great success since becoming a full time Realtor in 2012. Khristine worked at some of the areas most exclusive country clubs and in 2 area school districts in their accounting departments over the last 25 years. She decided to break free of the confines of an office and has since 2017 used her skills and local knowledge to help folks find and buy their perfect home.
To this day they continue to exceed their clients expectations and have sold everything from vacant lots to waterfront estates in what they call ''The Sebastian Area'', which includes everything between Vero Beach and Melbourne Florida.
