Michael Tougias, a New York Times bestselling author, presents “Above & Beyond: JFK and the Florida U-2 Pilots During the Cuban Missile Crisis” on Tuesday, March 22^nd at 2 p.m. in the North Indian River County Library meeting room. The program is free and open to the public. Refreshments will be served.
