HALO No-Kill Rescue Shelter was awarded a $100,000 high impact grant from Impact 100 of Indian River County to fund a new Enrichment Center, which offers low cost veterinary services and training. Come join us for a visit to Halo No-Kill Rescue as we learn about their progress in making this project a reality!
