Friends of St. Sebastian River Meeting

Starting June 1st, Indian River County has restrictions on the use of fertilizers during the summer season. Alexis Peralta, Indian River County’s Stormwater Education and Fertilizer Enforcement Officer will join us at our meeting this month to give an overview of the County’s stormwater system and tell about their beautiful stormwater parks that you can tour. Alexis also has information on summer-season compliant fertilizers, and other handouts will be available on alternatives to “standard” fertilizers and pesticides. Our meeting is Tuesday, May 28th, 6pm at the North Indian River County Library, 1001 Sebastian Blvd. in Sebastian and everyone is welcome.
