We have over 40-years of experience building new homes and have an outstanding reputation as one of the most trusted home builders in the area. We have had the pleasure of building in many of the distinctive communities and on privately-owned customer lots in Vero Beach, Sebastian, Melbourne, Viera, and Port St. Lucie.

Our first priority is to provide exceptional customer service, starting with the design process and continuing all the way through the completion of the new home. Our home designs offer buyers excellent style and quality with the unique option to customize to their wishes. All of our classic home plans can be personalized. Further, we offer the complete design process for those with ideas or plans they would like to implement.

With every new home we build, we provide a one-year builder warranty and we purchase a 2-10 warranty for the new homeowner. The 2-10 warranty is a two-year home buyer’s systems warranty (covering electrical, HVAC, and plumbing) and a ten-year structural warranty.
